Infrared Saunas
Infrared light waves create heat in the body, helping you sweat, relax, and support whole-body restoration from the inside out.
Detoxifying, Relaxing, and Deeply Restorative
Infrared saunas omit light waves that create heat in the body, which cause you to sweat. They differ from regular saunas because the infrared light directly penetrates the skin into the tissues of your body. Traditional saunas just heat the air in the room.
Infrared light is much more powerful for detoxifying and relaxing the body. Historically, heat treatments were used in ancient traditional medicines for many therapeutic reasons.

What is a session like?
The sauna room is rented out to one person at a time. You will be given cotton towels and water and you undress to your comfort level.
You relax on the bench for 15-40 minutes and you can play music or podcasts on the speaker. When you enter the sauna, the temperature is at 98 degrees and it gradually increases, which allows your body to acclimate well and slowly begin to sweat.
The experience is different from a regular sauna, where some people feel a sense of suffocation, because it heats your body from the inside out. You can control the temperature and the chromotherapy lights. There is a wide variety of beautiful, therapeutic colors to choose from, which enhance your experience.
